About Secretary David Chang

World-I Kuan Tao Secretary David Chang's beloved Mother, Mrs. Shi-Ching Chang passed away on 5/28/18.

On 6/09/18, the funeral service was hosted by the Chang's family in Rose Hill Memorial Park & Mortuaries, Whittier,  Los Angeles County, USA.

Master Ho, Tsao Chin representing the Chairman of the Board of Director, Elder Lee, Yu-Chu to express his condolence.    In addition, Master Lee, Mei Feng and many Tanzu also attend the service to express their emotional support.
